The brief
Kick Learning came to us with a fragmented experience — three subdomains, two design languages, and a brand that read more like an internal tool than a consumer product. The brief: a unified system shipped in 14 weeks.
01
Research & audit
A two-week diagnostic across product analytics, support tickets, and 18 user interviews surfaced the same pattern in three disguises: students could not predict what would happen on click. We rebuilt the IA around that insight.

02
Design system
OKLCH tokens, two surface modes, four typography roles, eight states per primitive. The whole library lives in Storybook and ships to product through a published npm package.

03
Final product
A console that gets out of the student's way. Modules, lessons, and assessments compose from the same primitives, so engineering builds new surfaces without designer intervention.
